Terms of Trade & Supply

Welcome to Gujarat Minerals. These terms govern the quotation, sale, and supply of high-purity industrial silica sand to domestic and international buyers.

1. Quotations & Orders

All price quotations issued via website inquiries, email, or WhatsApp are valid for the timeframe specified in the commercial proforma invoice. Material orders are confirmed upon receipt of a formal purchase order (PO) or advance payment as mutually agreed.

2. Quality & Sieve Specifications

Each batch of silica sand is tested and dispatched accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis (COA) specifying SiO₂ percentage, AFS number, and ASTM screen fractions. Buyers reserve the right to inspect material at our Bhuj works or at the destination port/bay.

3. Delivery & Transit

Domestic dispatches are coordinated via multi-axle tippers or 42 MT dedicated bulkers. International exports are shipped under agreed INCOTERMS (FOB Mundra/Kandla, CIF, or CFR). Transit times are subject to statutory transport and maritime guidelines.

4. Statutory Compliance

All domestic transactions are invoiced with statutory GST (GSTIN: 24AFLPR8246R1ZG) and digital e-way bills. International transactions comply with standard Indian customs export regulations.
